HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make
every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of
humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
All shipping is FREE at Priscilas.shop! Shipping times depend on your location. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification with a Tracking number once your order has been paid for and you will be notified once your order is shipped. Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks depending on extended holidays, unexpected delays in production, or severe weather.

Please Note!

The window for requesting a return, refund or exchange does not expire before a customer receives their package based on the stated delivery timelines.

The estimated time for delivery (1-3 days for processing + 2-3 weeks for shipping) DOES NOT surpass the return timeframe (30 days from purchase), meaning that the delivery does not take more time than the timeframe allowed for customers to return an order. We ensure that customers will have enough time to ask for a return.

Do packages come before the estimated delivery date?

Yes. Estimated delivery is only a guess based on past performance. Plenty of mail is delivered before then. If you got an estimated date then it's almost certain the package will arrive early.
